Climate and Diversity

In the Department of Biology's Climate and Diversity Committee, we strongly support the University's nondiscrimination policy and seek to provide an environment of mutual respect among individuals with differing perspectives and ideas. We are staff and faculty that strive to identify issues at the departmental level in regards to climate and diversity, and develop plans to address these issues. The committee meets monthly throughout the academic year to work on initiatives of awareness, communication, and organized events.
