BMB Climate and Diversity Committee Members

Our Mission

The BMMB Climate and Diversity Committee strives to foster an inclusive community within the department, where everyone is given respect. We acknowledge the adversities faced disproportionately by women, Hispanic, Black, Asian, Indigenous, and other racial/ethnic minorities, as well as LBGTQ+ individuals. We work to support and empower individuals in our community.

Priorities

  • We strive to provide equal opportunities for all members of our community.
  • We promote outreach/seminar series to amplify the voices of underrepresented groups.
  • We encourage the entire BMB community to participate in our initiatives.

All members are important to fulfill our mission.
